What is Asatsuki

Asotsuki (scientific name: Allium schoenoprasum var. Foliosum) is a variant of the bulb plant "Chives" of Euphausia, European origin and belonging to the family Amaryllidaceae. From May to June, a spherical flower blooms on the thin stem tip. In the summer and winter season after flowering, the aboveground part will die but it is not a dead translation, it will give off a sprout again. Leaves and flowers on the ground and bulbs underground are used for appreciation, dry flowers, leases, and dishes.
