What is Squash
Squash , scientific name:Cucurbita maxima, is a tendrils of green and yellow vegetables of the family Cucurbitales genus Cucurbita native to North and South Americas . Consists of crushed oval of yellow or orange flowers, flowers after the edible fruit. Skin color is light green, dark green, red, flesh color is yellow. Softened and heated surface is raw and hard.
