What is Spinach
Spinach (scientific name: Spinacia oleracea L.) is annual vegetables in the family Amaranthaceae native to Central and Western Asia. Long day plant. It is dioecious and blooms from spring to early summer. Male flowers have a flower diameter of 0.2cm and many spikes are attached to the shoot apex of the male plant.
