What is Pea
Pea (scientific name: Pisum sativum) is native to Mesopotamia and is a hardy annual or 2 year's plant in the Fabaceae. It is a plant used in Mendel's law. Beans and young beans are eaten as vegetables, and ripe beans are eaten as cereals. The white flowers come on, the young beans are used for cooking as green peas, the young beans in the pot are used as green pea, and the mature beans are harvested as grains. Young stems and leaves are used in cooking as Chinese vegetables as bean seedlings (Tumiao). For beans, soybean, Broad beans (scientific name:Vicia faba) etc.
● Mysterious pea "Tun pea"
The pea of Tutankhamun is the offspring of beans excavated from the tomb of King Tutankhamen. Make a red flower bloom and make a purple rose after the flower. There are about seven green beans in the pod, the same as normal peas. Beans are edible just like regular peas.
