Machilus thunbergii

Machilus thunbergii is an evergreen trees or shrubs of the Machilus genus of Lauraceae department native to Japan, Taiwan, Korea and China. Yellowish-green flowers that bloom in the spring, red flower after flower tip consists of small round green fruit. Leaves are shiny and leathery, and palmately lobed. Wood is used in furniture, architecture. Kihachijo, yellow dye used is grey-brown bark. Were dry and mill leaves used as incense in tab flour.
