Feature: Purple Flowers in May #2
Feature: Purple Flowers in May #2
Although some time has passed since the "Feature: Purple Flowers in May #1," we are continuing with the "Feature: Purple Flowers in May #2."
In the previous feature, we introduced representative purple flowers of May, such as Iris species including Iris, Rabbit-Ear Iris, Japanese Iris, and Bearded Iris, as well as Iris tectorum, Japanese Iris, and Hydrangea species like Hydrangea macrophylla, Lacecap Hydrangea, and Amachazuru. In this "Feature: Purple Flowers in May #2," we will introduce Clematis, Wisteria, and various herbs.
Note that even though these flowers are considered purple, there are variations like red-purple, blue-purple, and even pinkish or pale lavender shades. Additionally, some flowers have small actual purple blooms, but their supporting sepals are more prominent.
