Comarum palustre, scientific name: Comarum palustre, is a perennial herb or shrub belonging to the family Rosaceae and distributed along riverbanks and lakeshores in Japan, China, and other parts of Asia and North America. In Japan, it is distributed in subalpine areas from Hokkaido to central Honshu, and grows wild in the marshlands of Oze. The flowers are dark reddish purple to dark purple-brown. The sepals are larger and more conspicuous than the petals. The language of the flower is hope. When I saw the flower, I thought it was a raspberry, but the shape of the leaf was different, so I looked it up again.
