Fortune Osmanthus or Usugi mokusei(scientific name: Osmanthus fragrans var. thunbergii), native to southwestern China, is a non-chill tolerant, non-shade tolerant, evergreen broad-leaved small tree of the genus Osmanthus of the family Oleaceae.
