Camellia japonica 'Kihoden' (scientific name: Camellia japonica 'Kihoden') is a cultivated variety of camellia originating from Angyo, Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
It is a large, double-flowered camellia with a round petal arrangement. The flower color is classified as "Utsurishiro" (fading white), meaning that it starts as pale pink and gradually turns white as it blooms.
This variety was developed from a naturally growing camellia tree found in Hatogaya, Saitama, in the 1970s and was officially registered in 1975.
